1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the taya08 platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "taya08," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of taya08 services and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming activities on the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

• Keep your username and password confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account credentials.
• Notify taya08 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2.3 Identity Verification

taya08 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, National ID, SSS/UMID, Postal ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taya08 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Direct, UnionBank Online, Security Bank, and Bank Transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your legal name and match the name on your taya08 account.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

3.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits using third-party payment methods, accounts not registered in your name, or funds belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. taya08 reserves the right to confiscate deposits made in violation of this provision and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in third-party payment activity.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on taya08 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). Currency conversion, if applicable, will be processed by your payment provider and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your taya08 account, you must:

• Have completed identity verification by submitting valid government-issued ID.
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your legal name matching your taya08 account.
• Meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱300.00).
• Have fulfilled all wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions (if applicable).
• Provide any additional documentation requested by taya08 for compliance or security purposes.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawal processing time is up to seventy-two (72) hours from the time of request submission. Most withdrawals are processed within three (3) hours during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take longer to process.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits vary based on account verification level and VIP status. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000.00. VIP accounts may be eligible for increased limits. Maximum monthly withdrawal limits apply and are subject to taya08's discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

taya08 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals within the same calendar month may be subject to a processing fee of ₱50.00 per transaction or 2% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is greater.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by taya08 are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the respective promotional materials. By accepting any bonus or promotion, you agree to comply with all associated wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses awarded by taya08 are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

taya08 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses without risk, use of software or systems to gain unfair advantage, and any other activity deemed by taya08 to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Violations may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and confiscation of winnings.

5.4 Bonus Withdrawal Limitations

Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may be capped at a specific multiple of the bonus amount (typically 5x to 10x the bonus value). Any excess winnings above the maximum withdrawal cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal approval.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on taya08 are provided by licensed third-party gaming providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by taya08 or by players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and are published where applicable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tools designed to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including chip dumping, coordinated play, or sharing of game information.

Violation of fair play rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or display error, all affected game rounds are void and all bets are returned. taya08 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming

taya08 services are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Underage gambling is a serious offense and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by taya08

taya08 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, multiple account creation, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or any activity deemed detrimental to taya08 or other players.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification and wagering requirements have been met. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be deemed inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200.00 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less. taya08 will notify you via email before applying inactivity fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on taya08, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of taya08 or our licensed providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of taya08 content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, taya08 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use taya08 services, including but not limited to losses from gaming activity, technical malfunctions, unauthorized access to your account, or any other matter relating to taya08 services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with taya08 services is to stop using the Platform and close your account. In no event shall taya08's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of taya08 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippi nes, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
